Threshold effects of the relationship between physical exercise and cognitive function in the short-sleep elder

Physical exercise benefits cognitive function in older adults, but the impact of short sleep is unclear. Even with limited sleep, moderate exercise (around 800 MET-minutes/week) can help maintain cognitive performance in seniors.
