Case report: Migrating temporary epicardial pacing wire eroding into an ascending aortic aneurysm

Temporary epicardial pacing wires (TEPW) migrating into an ascending aortic aneurysm is a rare complication. This case highlights successful operative management and TEPW removal during re-operative cardiac surgery.
