  • The developed model achieved an AUC of 88%.

Conclusions:

  • Three HLA region variants significantly differentiate UC patients with PSC from those without.
  • The predictive model shows strong discriminatory power for identifying UC patients at risk of PSC.
  • Further validation in larger cohorts could enable clinical application for guiding disease management.
