Chromophobe Renal Cell Carcinoma with Sarcomatoid Differentiation

Chromophobe renal cell carcinoma (chRCC) with sarcomatoid differentiation has a poor prognosis. Higher differentiation and larger tumors correlate with worse survival in these rare kidney cancer cases.
