CXCR4-Targeted Necrosis-Inducing Peptidomimetic for Treating Breast Cancer

A novel CXCR4-targeted peptidomimetic, CTCE-KLAK, selectively induces necrosis in triple-negative breast cancer cells. This agent effectively inhibits tumor growth and metastasis in preclinical models, offering a promising new therapeutic strategy.
