Summary
Bioinformatics identified Suppressor of cytokine signaling 3 (Socs3), Interleukin 1 receptor antagonist (Il1rn), and Chemokine C-C motif ligand 7 (Ccl7) as key genes in sepsis-induced myocardial injury. These genes were upregulated in cardiac macrophages and show potential as diagnostic and therapeutic targets.
