An Algorithmic Approach to Dual-System Venous Drainage for DIEP Flap Breast Reconstruction

Dual-system venous drainage in deep inferior epigastric perforator (DIEP) flap breast reconstruction significantly reduces flap loss compared to using only the deep venous system. An algorithm is proposed to guide this technique for consistent outcomes.
