Examination of living Sertoli cells in normal and hypospermatogenic men
Journal of Reproduction and Fertility
|March 1, 1979
Abstract:
The functional state of living Sertoli cells can be assessed by using transillumination and phase-contrast microscopy. In tissue from hypospermatogenic men the Sertoli cells contained more lipid droplets than in normal cases and sometimes whole degenerative cells.
