[Diagnosis of a special form of hematotympanum with high resolution petrous bone CT. Case report]

A case of spontaneous haematotympanon is introduced. The cause of that haematotympanon is a protruding bulb of the vena jugularis interna. The possible ways to diagnosis are discussed.
