Veterans with traumatic brain injury (TBI) and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) have a higher risk of intentional self-harm. This risk is most significant for those with comorbid TBI/PTSD and high healthcare utilization, highlighting the need for targeted suicide prevention.
