Ankle Arthroscopy Without Tourniquet: A Mid-Term Follow-Up

Anterior ankle arthroscopy without a tourniquet is feasible and safe. Mid-term outcomes show comparable functional results and high patient satisfaction at five years, regardless of tourniquet use.
