Abstract:
A case of renal angiomyolipoma with massive retroperitoneal hemorrhage, presenting as a rupturing abdominal aortic aneurysm, is reported. A lesion in the caval wall lead to a fatal outcome. Clinical, diagnostic and therapeutical aspects are discussed.
