Lifestyle Patterns in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

Identifying lifestyle patterns in type 2 diabetes patients revealed that a traditional lifestyle, including physical activity and non-smoking, is linked to better blood glucose control. An inadequate lifestyle, however, is associated with complications and poorer metabolic health.
