Redo-transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) with balloon-expandable valves risks underexpansion. Pre- and post-dilatation improved expansion, but only SAPIEN 3 in SAPIEN 3 achieved full expansion with both.

- CT assessment of THV expansion and the judicious use of pre-/post-dilatation are crucial in redo-TAVI.
