Coronary artery fistula (CAF) with aneurysm is associated with heart murmur and larger fistulous diameter. Coronary atherosclerosis is more common in CAF without aneurysm, while larger fistulous diameter and coronary-cardiac chamber fistulas are risk factors for CAF with aneurysm.
