Preoperative hormone stimulation; does it increase hypospadias postoperative complications?

Preoperative hormone stimulation (PHS) significantly increased glans size in 70% of hypospadias patients with small glans. This treatment did not lead to more postoperative complications, offering a potential benefit for surgical outcomes.
