Summary

Early-onset high myopia (eoHM) in children is often caused by Simple High Myopia (SHM), Stickler Syndrome (STL), or Familial Exudative Vitreoretinopathy (FEVR). Distinct choroidal thickness (ChT) patterns can help identify the specific cause of eoHM.
