Reducing prolonged fasting for abdominal ultrasound scans

Improving patient fasting before abdominal ultrasounds significantly enhanced experiences and workflow. Simple interventions, like staff education and visual aids, boosted compliance from 22% to 88% using plan-do-study-act cycles.
