Dynamic Horizontal Instability of the Acromioclavicular Joint: A Case Report

A rare case of dynamic horizontal acromioclavicular joint (ACJ) instability was successfully treated with open ACJ reconstruction. This study presents the seventh reported case, offering a positive outcome for this challenging condition.
