Association Between Plasma Homocysteine Level and Mortality: A Mendelian Randomization Study.

High homocysteine levels were previously linked to cardiovascular mortality, but this study used Mendelian randomization to investigate the causal role. The analysis found no causal link between homocysteine and premature death.
