Primary Sjögren's syndrome (pSS) patients experience significant fatigue, but typically lack the post-exertional malaise seen in myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS). Hand grip strength objectively measures fatigue in pSS.
