A new Multiple-Genome-Based SSR identification (MGB-SSR) method rapidly identifies genetic diversity in jujube (Ziziphus jujuba) germplasm. This approach successfully classified 249 genotypes using 12 Simple Sequence Repeat (SSR) markers, aiding breeding and conservation efforts.
