The Unified Protocol for Adolescents (UP-A) showed better long-term results than Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) for adolescent PTSD. UP-A demonstrated sustained effectiveness in treating posttraumatic stress disorder in young individuals.
