Summary

Repeat laparoscopic liver resection (Rep-LLR) is feasible and offers outcomes comparable to initial LLR (Ini-LLR). This study assessed the safety and efficacy of Rep-LLR, including repeat anatomical resection (Rep-AR), for recurrent liver tumors.
