Summary

Mesenchymal hamartoma (MH), a benign liver tumor, can be misdiagnosed as hepatoblastoma if alpha-fetoprotein levels are elevated. This case highlights the importance of imaging and histology for accurate diagnosis in pediatric liver tumors.
