Reverse Koebner phenomenon in erythema nodosum leprosum

Erythema nodosum leprosum (ENL) can exhibit a reverse Koebner phenomenon, where new lesions avoid previous scar sites. This study describes this unique presentation in a leprosy patient, highlighting immune-mediated skin sparing.
