Summary

Women with intermediate coronary stenosis had better outcomes than men, despite fewer percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI). Both Fractional Flow Reserve (FFR)-guided and Intracoronary Ultrasound (IVUS)-guided PCI strategies showed similar results for men and women.
