Nearly 10% of patients with logopenic variant primary progressive aphasia (lvPPA) exhibit jargonaphasia, characterized by unintelligible speech. This presentation, often linked to Alzheimer's disease (AD), involves bilateral brain hypometabolism and impaired language comprehension.
