Summary
This study shows that 16 Adaptive Balance and Eye Movements and Visual Stimulation (ABEV) exercises significantly reduced dizziness in patients with peripheral vestibulopathies. These exercises, used in the Vertidisan digital health application, offer a clinically effective treatment for vertigo.
