Real-world impact and effectiveness of MenACWY-TT.

Quadrivalent meningococcal vaccines (MenACWY-TT) significantly reduced invasive meningococcal disease (IMD) in multiple countries. Real-world data show substantial incidence rate reductions in both vaccinated and unvaccinated populations, primarily driven by serogroup W (MenW) reductions.
