Relationship between bone marrow adipose tissue and kidney function in postmenopausal women

This study found no link between kidney function and bone marrow fat in postmenopausal women. Bone marrow adipose tissue (BMAT) and kidney function (eGFR) were assessed using MRI and blood tests.
