Recognition of Epidermal Transglutaminase by IgA and Tissue Transglutaminase 2 Antibodies in a Rare Case of Rhesus Dermatitis

This study found that antistaphylococcal immunoglobulin E (IgE) antibodies are present in a significant portion of patients with atopic dermatitis. Higher levels of these antibodies correlate with more severe disease in both children and adults.
