A social-semantic working-memory account for two canonical language areas

This study reveals that the left ventral temporoparietal junction (vTPJ) and left lateral anterior temporal lobe (lATL) support social-semantic working memory. These brain regions are crucial for processing social meaning in language and non-linguistic contexts.
