This study found a 2.9% prevalence of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in Cameroon. Key predictors included biomass fuel exposure, tuberculosis history, and asthma, highlighting non-traditional risk factors for COPD in Sub-Saharan Africa.
