Summary

A new incoherent optical fluctuation flowmetry (IOFF) method shows high accuracy for detecting lower-extremity peripheral artery disease (LE-PAD) in diabetic patients. This rapid, accessible technique offers significant potential for clinical application in PAD diagnosis.
