Summary

This case study describes a rare pharyngeal-cervical-brachial Guillain-Barré syndrome (PCB-GBS) variant with rapid progression and recovery. Early diagnosis and plasmapheresis led to a full recovery, highlighting the importance of recognizing rare GBS presentations.
