Radiotherapy of pancreatic fistula

A case report of pancreatic cutaneous fistula treated with radiotherapy is presented. Our conclusion from the experience is that when pancreatic fistula does not close spontaneously and conservative treatment is not effective, radiotherapy should be considered as another therapeutic modality.
