Asymptomatic neurofibroma of the brachial plexus: unusual intrathoracic presentation

Abstract:
An asymptomatic right apical mass was identified on routine chest roentgenogram in a patient admitted for elective surgery. Computerized tomography suggested an intrapulmonary location of the mass with extension to the apical pleura. Thoracotomy showed a brachial plexus neurofibroma.
