Positron emission tomography (PET) radionuclide cisternography (RNC) using [64Cu]Cu-DOTA offers superior cerebrospinal fluid leak detection compared to traditional methods. This advanced PET RNC approach shows promise as a safer, more effective diagnostic tool.
