    • Significant overlap in radial and ulnar innervation was observed in the third and fourth MCP area (40% unilaterally, 33% bilaterally).

    Implications:

    • This technique enhances the assessment of radial nerve function in the hand.
    • Understanding dual innervation patterns is crucial for accurate diagnosis and treatment in peripheral nerve conditions.
    • Findings may refine electrodiagnostic protocols for hand sensory disturbances.
