Summary

Tet2 deficiency and high cholesterol activate the NLRP3 inflammasome via JNK1 signaling, promoting atherosclerosis. Inhibiting BRCC3 reversed these effects in mice and human cells, offering new cardiovascular disease treatment strategies.
