  • To investigate the causal link between mood instability and the risk of chronic low back pain.
  • Utilizing a rigorous mendelian randomization (MR) approach.

  • Utilized Genome-Wide Association Studies (GWAS) data for mood instability and low back pain.
  • Applied methods including Inverse Variance Weighted, Weighted Median, MR-Egger, and MR-PRESSO.
