Intact Utilization of Contextual Information in Speech Categorization in Autism

People with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) use context in speech perception similarly to typically developed individuals. However, temporal processing differences in ASD affect phoneme categorization, indicating atypical speech perception is not solely due to context use.
