- Invasive functional assessment in INOCA patients improves diagnostic accuracy for coronary vasomotor disorders.
- While ICFT does not reduce long-term angina burden, it enhances patient treatment satisfaction.
- ICFT plays a role in optimizing management strategies for INOCA.
