    Background:

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To investigate the prognostic significance of disease stage in malignant lymphoma of bone.
    • To analyze survival rates based on different disease classifications.

    • Retrospective analysis of 422 patients diagnosed with malignant lymphoma of bone between 1907 and 1982.
    • Patients were categorized into four groups based on disease stage: primary bone lymphoma, multifocal osseous lymphoma, and two groups with bone and nodal/soft tissue involvement.

    • Disease stage was the most significant prognostic indicator for overall survival.
