Obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA) is linked to diabetes mellitus (DM) and prediabetes (preDM). Age, nocturnal hypoxemia, and excessive daytime sleepiness (EDS) predict DM, while BMI and AHI predict prediabetes in OSA patients.
