Summary

A rapidly growing eyelid lesion was diagnosed as primary cutaneous anaplastic large cell lymphoma (pcALCL), a rare CD30+ lymphoproliferative disorder. This indolent lymphoma has a good prognosis with localized surgical excision or systemic treatment for advanced disease.
