- LT-02 demonstrated a favorable safety profile and was well-tolerated by patients.

- LT-02 failed to demonstrate efficacy for induction of remission in mild to moderate UC patients inadequately responding to mesalamine.
- Preliminary signals of efficacy in maintenance therapy warrant further investigation in adequately powered studies.
- LT-02 is a safe and well-tolerated treatment option for UC.
