Far-Infrared Radiation to Improve Clinical Outcomes after Arthroscopic Rotator Cuff Repair: A Prospective Randomized

Far-infrared radiation (FIR) therapy after rotator cuff repair significantly reduces early postoperative pain. While safe and effective for pain management, FIR did not show significant differences in range of motion or healing rates.
