The ganglion cell layer divided by inner plexiform layer (GCL/IPL) ratio can predict cognitive impairment in relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS) patients. This retinal measurement shows a stronger correlation with cognitive performance than GCL thickness alone.
